Getting started
We've selected the best from Philips products to create a great range of lamps which you can access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We hope that you’ll find using our website quick and convenient. And you can trust LAUK to guide you safely through the online shopping experience, because your privacy and security is extremely important to us.

These four features will help make your shopping experience even easier.

  • Home page link: The home page link is always in the top left of your screen. You can get back to our home page by clicking on this link.

  • Navigation bar: The words on the “menu" bar at the left of the screen directly under the LAUK logo are the names of the” sections” of our online shop.

  • Search box: The search box is always on the top centre of the screen above the navigation bar. You can search by product or brand name, key words such as the product type, or the 8-10digit product code.

  • Your Cart: Your basket will appear once you have added a product to it. The basket sits on the right-hand side of your screen under the search box. It shows you the quantity and subtotal of any product(s) you’ve put into your basket.

Using Search
Our Search engine works by checking your search term against all the product titles and product codes currently on the website. It then shows products on the page that may match your query.

You can search in broad terms such as Tungsten, or be more precise such as Dichroic or Fluorescent Compact Lamp. A generic term such as Triphosphor may return far too many results for you to sift through; however, if you put in Tube, then you’ll get a much more refined result to look at. You’ll get most precise results by searching for a stock code, which you may have obtained from one of our catalogues.

Payment options
We offer various ways for you to pay for your order, including: Visa; MasterCard; Delta; Maestro; Solo; any payment card we accept to pay for your order.


Placing your order
Once you've found the items you wish to buy and have added them to your basket, you can begin the checkout process by clicking on the 'Checkout' link in your basket or at the top right of your screen.

  • You can go straight to checkout to pay for your goods and arrange delivery. You can also opt to register with us so that you can retrieve your details and chosen delivery address/es.

  • At checkout, you can review and amend your order details on the Order Summary page

  • When you're ready to complete your order, click the ’place order now’ button and wait for an online receipt. You'll also be sent a confirmation email shortly after placing your order.

Delivery
Delivery costs are calculated in at stage 2 of the checkout process, before you are asked to enter any payment details. For your convenience we have a very simple delivery pricing structure - For orders under the value of £50 (before VAT) we add £5 to cover delivery costs. Any order over £50 receives free UK delivery.

If you require delivery outside of the UK, please place you order by phone and we will advise you of delivery costs at the time.

At the point of entering any details you are instantly switched to a secure server for peace of mind.

All credit card details are fully encrypted in our software when your order is placed.
